See the meet info packet for age group sessions and days. Swimmers only need to attend the sessions they are competing in, but they must stay for the whole session.

No Practice Except for Individuals

No team practice on Thursday, March 6th.

If starting competition on Friday/Saturday, use Thursday to travel and/or rest.

If starting competition on Sunday, you may choose to come in on your own on Thursday. 

Do ONLY:

  1. Easy Warm-Up
  2. A couple of turns in your events.
  3. A couple of sprints, just a few 25s or 50s.
  4. Easy cool down

EVERYONE take off on Friday.

You only count during your swimmer's session and in the time it takes for them to finish, not the whole time.
