No Practice
The pool is open until 7:00 pm, so if you are not competing this weekend, come in and get a few laps done. Nothing heavy, just a light workout you can create on your own. |

NO PRACTICE
Coaches will be attending CHMC and Blue Duck Hunt meets. If you are not attending either of these, then feel free to swim on your own prior to the pool closing at 7:00 pm. Only do a light workout: regular warm-up, one Free set (drill, swim, kick in some combination, not too many yards though), one FC set (drill, swim, kick in some combination, not too many yards though); work on some turns from half pool (no starts, you're not supposed to do them without coaching observation for safety) or some 25 wall pushed sprints at end of workout, cool down. |

Come to your regular practice session time; report to the pool with your suit and goggles. Each group (Silver, Red, White, Blue) will practice for a bit, then be release for our pre-championship pasta party!! We will still have practice on Friday (2/4) to fine tune some things if swimmers need it. |
