We have regular swim practices through to this Friday.

Saturday, 3/28: NO practice, everyone take a rest day before the meet.

RCY Finale

• Date: Sunday, 3/29
• Location: Liberty High School, 1115 Linden St, Bethlehem, PA 18018
• Arrival Time: 9:30 am (find our team area, get changed, check-in for attendance with coaches)
• Warm-Up: 10:30 - 11:00, lanes 1-4

Timers: We need to supply 5 timers for the meet. Please email or text Coach Carlton ([email protected], 610-587-7984) or Coach Sondra ([email protected], 484-591-8762) to volunteer. 

Officials: Of course, if any of our officials will be there, we could always use your help.

The estimated meet timeline is attached. Meet fees are attached too and will be charged to your YMCA accounts.

I'll send or post the psych sheet if it is sent to me later this week. 

Coach Carlton is the primary contact for this meet. I'll be traveling to YMCA Nationals that day.
