Hello everyone,

Some final items before we all get down to West Virginia:

1. Arrival Times each Session: Be sure to review the attached daily schedule & order of events, so you know when to show up for your swimmer's sessions. 
2. Prelims & Finals Format: This is a prelims/finals format for ages 11/12, 13/14, 15-21. If you qualify in the top 8 during prelims, you compete in the finals session that night. Age 9/10 are timed finals during the 9/10 sessions. 
3. No Shows: If you miss a Prelim event, then we (swimmer & coach, not a parent) need to talk to the head official to continue in the meet. If you miss a Finals event without a scratch, then you are banned from the rest of the meet. Finals' scratch sheets are available on deck if necessary, but swimmers/parents should declare their intent to me and Coach Carlton first.
4. Timer Sign-Ups: It does not look like we have any required team assignments for any sessions, but of course, not every team that does is able to get enough parents to volunteer. So, if you  don't mind, or if you couldn't get a ticket, please consider being a timer back-up in case someone from another team fails to show up - Host Link - click on "Timer Sign-Up".
5. NO CHAIRS on deck. Bring them in your car, because there is one area on deck they will allow them if our team is assigned it, but for the vast majority of deck space chairs are not allowed. There are bleachers though that surround the deck.
6. Fly-overs during Prelims, NO fly-overs during Finals.
