Hello again,

Ok, so this is new, but a fun way of doing a meet in our event choices. First though, just some confirmations on the meet date and time, then an explanation for how to choose an event.

RCY Finale - Since it is Palm Sunday, I know timing is a significant factor for that day. So if you will arrive late or need to leave early, please leave that in the notes section. The meet needed to be moved to 3/29 because there was already another facility event on 3/28.

• Arrive: 9:40 am
• Warm-up Starts: 10:00 am
• Events Begin: 11:20 am
• Entry Deadline: Saturday, 3/14, 6:00 pm
• Location: Liberty High School, 1115 Linden St, Bethlehem, PA 18018

Cost: $10 per athlete. You get up to 3 individual events and 1 relay, but even if you only choose one event, it is still $10 per athlete, NOT per event.

The fun part... Event Choices: Refer to the Event Categories sheet attached to this email. There are six individual event categories (IM, Fly, Back, 200/500, Breast, Free). Swimmers choose three categories and then one event from within each category their age is eligible for.

Examples

• An 11 year old chooses the 200 IM, 100 Back, 50 Free. They may not do both the 200 IM and 100 IM, they must choose one or the other in the IM category. Similar logic applies to the Back and Free categories.
• A 13 year old choose the 200 Fly, 200 Free, 100 Free. They may not do the 200 Free and 500 Free (same category), but they may do the 200 Free and 100 Free because they are in different categories.
