Hello Bluefins,

Attached is the entry and fee verification sheet for CHMC. I just received an email from the meet host stating they will extend the deadline for "changes" until tonight, Monday, 2/16. So, please review the attached form and if you think a change is needed, please let me know by 3:00 pm today. 

If there are no changes, your YMCA account will be charged the amount listed minus relay fees. The team pays for relays at Madison, CHMC, Districts, States, and Nationals.
