Hello everyone,

Attached are the initial CHMC entries we submitted. Final entries, either new, changed, or requested bonus events our due: Wednesday, 2/11 6:00 pm.  

This provides everyone the opportunity to swim at the Madison Champ meet on 2/8, see their results, and determine if they want to change, add, or delete entries for CHMC.

Also attached is a list of those that are eligible to compete at CHMC. So, if you aren't sure if your swimmer qualified, please review it to confirm.

Madison: Specific arrival and warm-up times will be sent either on Friday or Saturday. Since it requires coordination between the league and the host team, and both want to provide teams with extended entry deadlines, sometimes there is a delay in when these are released. However, you should generally prepare for the following:

• Location: Lehman Intermediate School, Timberwolf Dr, Bushkill Falls Rd, Lehman Township, PA 18324
• Date: Sunday, 2/8
• Session 1,  Ages 13/14, 15-21: Morning session, arrival timeframe likely between 7:15 - 8:15 am.
• Session 2, Ages 8/U, 9/10, 11/12: Afternoon session, arrival timeframe likely between 12:00 - 1:15 pm.
• BE PREPARED to possibly arrive earlier though. Since many will want to get home to watch and/or attend Superbowl parties, there is the pressure to get the meet done as soon as possible. 
• As is stands right now, barring any weather delays or technical issues with the timing system, and not starting earlier, Session 2 will likely end at around 5:00 pm. 

Awards Banquet: We are still looking for ideas for venues, no one responded to my last email. Does anyone have any ideas for venues?
