Madison Champs Eligibility - This is considered a "Mandatory" team meet.

There is a two dual meet participation requirement to compete at the Madison Champ meet on Sunday, 2/8. Since we only had three dual meets this season, we will request exceptions. The list below are swimmers we will request an exception for; however, definitely let me know if you think your swimmer needs one too, but is not listed.

YMCA District Eligibility

There is also a three closed YMCA swim meet participation requirement and a qualifying time to compete at YMCA Districts. A closed meet is one in which only YMCA teams participate (dual meets, Gobble Gobble, Boyertown Boo, Randy Keinard, Winter Luau, PD Distance, Madison Champs, CHMC). If you have a qualifying time and if between all these meets you will not have competed in three of them, let me know ASAP. We can talk through individual options. 

CHMC Entries are OPEN

• Meet Date: 2/21
• Initial Entry Deadline: 2/4, 6:00 pm
• Eligibility Requirement: Participated in any two meets since Sept. 1, 2025.
• Non qualifying times, Bonus Event(s), possible. See our schedule and the meet packet for details and email me if you want to do this. I need to override as the coach in order for the bonus event to get inputted.
