• Group Pics 1st, individual pics following each group. Wear team suit, solid blue suit, or previous team blue shirt (navy blue if possible), or solid blue shirt (navy blue if possible).

  • MC Group - 11:30 am
  • A Groups - 12:15 pm
  • Finish your group practice if time left after the picture.

• Thursday, 10/30 - Halloween Spirit Relays @ regular practice times for each group. Wear a Halloween themed swim suit or costume if have you one.
• Friday, 10/31 - OFF, Happy Halloween!

Friday, 11/14 - Team Spirit Night - Friday practices are often lightly attended, but definitely try to make this one!! :)

• Y & MC Training Groups: Both 5:45 - 6:45 pm.
• A Groups: Both at 7:00 - 8:15 pm.
