Hello everyone,

Our Spring swimming practices start this Monday, April 14.

Please see the attached PDF for group/time assignments,

• Group A: 6:00 - 7:00 pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
• Group B: 7:00 - 8:30 pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)

As always, all groups will work on stroke technique development, conditioning, and race skills. 

If you have not done so already, please ensure your credit card info is up-to-date at the Nazareth YMCA (it will be charged $100 for the Spring Session), or pay at the front desk.
