Hello Bluefins,

Just in case you didn't see it the first time, we are changing the way we are running our Spring session to make it more valuable to more swimmers.

NEYS SPRING SESSION Registration is now OPEN

• Dates: 4/14 - 5/9 (Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays, Fridays)

Unlike previous years, these are full practices, four times each week for everyone, not clinics just twice per week. They are designed to get you ready for summer swim teams, many of which start in mid May (see "summer options" email). Of course, we will still do plenty of drill and technique work within each practice though.

Plus, for those looking to improve their understanding of how to swim even faster, we are partnering with Fluid Mechanics again to offer a swim clinic on hydrodynamics this May. Keep a lookout for more details soon.
