Hello everyone,

Attached is a PDF of the YMCA East District Meet general timeline. Please arrive 20 minutes before the start of each warm-up of each session, as is listed below too.

Volunteers: We will be required to supply volunteers based upon the number of swimmers we have at the meet. At 51 swimmers we definitely will be called upon. As soon as I receive the updated volunteer link, I'll forward it to you. This is SEPARATE from our own requirements for regular season meets. So, in general, if you have a swimmer attending a post season meet, you should be volunteering at some point.

District Team Dinner: If we can find a place, we hold it on Saturday night when Session 3 is done.

Arrival Times - Swimmers only need to stay for each of their age group sessions. Do not leave your swimmer's sessions early. We come in as a team, we sit as a team, we swim as a team, we cheer as a team, and we leave as a team.

IF driving each day from the Lehigh Valley area, definitely give yourself extra time.

Saturday

• Session 4 (ages 11/12, 9/10) - 6:40 am
• Session 5 (ages 13/14) - 11:20 am
• Session 6 (ages 15-21) - 3:40 pm 

Sunday

• Session 7 (ages 11/12, 9/10) - 6:40 am 
• Session 8 (ages 13/14) - 11:10 am
• Session 9 (ages 15-21) - 3:30 pm
