Good evening,

YMCA District Team Picture: Wednesday, March 6, 7:00 pm

Even if you are still attending your high school practice that day, please come to get our YMCA Districts picture at 7:00 pm. No need to do a double practice, just wear  the current white District shirt as the priority, but you may also wear a blue one from a previous year, or a blue Nazareth YMCA shirt, or your team suit. 

Current District shirts will be handed out at Tuesday's practice and Wednesday just before the picture.

• Red/White Group - We have practice 6:00 - 7:00 pm that night.
• Blue/Gold Groups - We will have practice right after the picture.

THURSDAY - NO TEAM practice. 

• If starting competition on Friday/Saturday, use Thursday to travel and/or rest.
• If starting competition on Sunday, you may choose to come in on your own on Thursday.

Do ONLY:

1. Easy Warm-Up
2. A couple of turns in your events.
3. A couple of sprints, just a few 25s or 50s - very low yardage.
4. Easy cool down

EVERYONE take off on Friday.

States Attendance

We are required to declare swimmers' intentions to attend States (3/21 - 3/23) at West Virginia (meet info packet attached), including relays, by the end of each session. Also, we own the relay time as a team, so we can send different swimmers on a relay IF necessary. So, even if your swimmer is currently not on a relay, declare their availability should we need them for a relay at States.
