If attending CHMC or Districts:

1. Attend practice at your regularly assigned time and training group.
2. Dryland - If NOT going to CHMC, attend dryland at the regular time on 2/18, 2/20, 2/25. 
3. If attending CHMC, no dryland.
4. No Dryland after 2/25 for the rest of the season.

After CHMC, we will likely shift practice groups and times for some swimmers.
