Madison Champs this weekend has been RESCHEDULED to next weekend due to the expected snow storm that is supposed to hit the Poconos pretty hard.

Again, NO Madison Champs this weekend.

Madison Champs

• Rescheduled Dates: 2/15 - 2/16 
• Same days/times for all sessions
• Madison Champs entries are reopened until this Sunday, 2/9, for you to make changes if necessary. Leave a note if you are unsure what to do or have an event priority. 
• Previous non-attendees may attend now too; be sure to choose your individual events. 
• Cannot make the new dates? Be sure to update your attendance and mark "Not Attending".

This creates a conflict for us with the Duck Hunt'n Derby; however, only a few swimmers are affected. 

Key Points

1. Madison Champs is the priority. Swimmers are expected to attend Madison Champs. If there is a conflict with your sessions/events do NOT attend the Duck Hunt.
2. If sessions do not overlap or conflict, then swimmers are free to attend both meets.

Friday Evening, Duck Hunt, 1000 Free: 

• No Conflict, attend the Duck Hunt
• We will have a volunteer coach there, Mr. Rizzardi, to assist swimmers. 
• Friday practice is still being held for all swimmers not attending the Duck Hunt.

Saturday, both meets: 

• Effects All 8/U & Girls 9/10 - Skip Duck Hunt, attend Madison Champs. 
• All other groups may attend Duck Hunt. 
• At DuckHunt, we will have a coach present for the 1st part of Session 2.
• We will not have a coach for the last part of Session 2 and for all of Session 3.
• If swimmers need assistance on deck when I'm not there, normally they may ask the meet host coach for help if necessary. I will contact BLUE to let them know.
• At Madison Champs, we will have a coach at all sessions.

Sunday, both meets: 

• Potentially effects all groups except 8/U & Girls 9/10.
• If a conflict exists for your swimmer, Madison Champs is the priority. Skip Duck Hunt, attend Madison Champs.    
• We will have a volunteer coach at the Duck Hunt, Mr. Rizzardi, to assist swimmers with no conflicts.
• At Madison Champs, we will have a coach at all sessions.

Madison Champs entries are reopened until this Sunday, 2/9, for you to make changes if necessary. 

DO NOT make changes IF NOT Necessary. The fewer changes the better.
