Good evening,

Due to the winter storm blowing in tomorrow, we have decided not to attend the Winter Luau tomorrow, Sunday, 1/19/25. Although they did not cancel the meet, we are canceling our attendance as a team. 

As a result, do NOT ATTEND on your own. 

Normally, if swimmers do not show up they lose their entry fees, but since we are not sending anyone as a YMCA they have agreed not to cash the check we have already sent them. There is no "pay as you go" individual scheme in YMCA to YMCA team finances. In this way, everyone's accounts will be credited by our YMCA with no confusion... and no headache for me :) .

If your swimmer really needed to get a qualifying time for an event though at this meet, definitely contact me so we can go over options for other upcoming meets.
