Meet start time is 9:30am! Please note this is 30 minutes earlier than the meet packet indicates. The approximate end time is 1:05pm.

NEYS arrival time is still at 8:00 am.

Parking:

There are several parking lots around the Reading YMCA. The closest parking lot is on Poplar & Walnut street and that sits next to the YMCA. Be cautious if parking in the metered Medical lot, which is connected to the RY back parking lot. Meters have a 2 hour time limit and cars WILL BE ticketed if meters are expired.

They encourage ALL families to park in the Poplar and Walnut parking garage which is located on Poplar Street, across the railroad tracks from our building. Families can exit either side of the garage and walk into the front of our building or come in the back door which leads immediately to the pool. Attached to this email is a flyer with a QR code on it for this lot. If you follow the steps on this flyer, you should have no issues parking. Please know the QR code only works with the app and not the local payment kiosks. Also, the QR code can be used multiple times.

Meet Mobile will be used - 2025 Randy Keinard Invitational

They will not be selling heat sheets, attached is the heat sheet for you to print at home. Any changes to this will be made at the scratch meeting on Sunday morning. They will have printed heat sheets for coaches on the day of the meet.

Officials: They always need help with officials, if you are certified and want to help, let me know and also report to the scorers table on the day of the meet. They will appreciate the help!

Team Seating: Our assigned team seating is in the large gym. See attached schematic and look for signs when you arrive.

Heat Benches: They will be running heat benches. Swimmers for the first 4 events should plan to be in this room by 9:20am. The heat benches are located in the small gym. Swimmers will then be led on deck to the tile benches and double-checked again.

Concessions: They will have snacks, drinks, breakfast and lunch food for sale.

Spectators:

All spectators will sit in the gym with their swimmers/teams. Bring chairs to sit on. Parents are welcome to observe the meet by sitting on the bleachers on deck or watching from our observation room. They encourage parents to cycle in and out of the viewing areas so all parents in attendance can see their swimmers. 

There is no fee for admission.
