Hello everyone,

Declare your swimmer's attendance for our dual meet at Poconos, to be held on January 11th.

I definitely would like to start creating the line-up this weekend, rather than Friday night before the meet. So, again, please declare your swimmer's attendance as soon as you can.

• Winter Luau - entry deadline, Jan. 4
• PennDel Distance Meet - entry deadline, Jan. 7

The two meets above are the last two non-qualifying meets meets that swimmers may choose any event they want. It is a good opportunity to qualify in off events for champ meets, or to strategically swim main events when you swimmer is fresh. Madison Champs is non-qualifying too, and for the most part everyone may choose their main individual events. However, often it is not good to put all your eggs in one basket and hope to qualify in multiple events at that Madison Champs for CHMC & Districts. 

Madison Champs

• Dates: Feb. 8th & 9th (only attend your swimmer's age group session on one of the these days)
• You will know which session is your swimmers when we receive the meet packet from the league.
• We will open up entries for everyone to pick their own events when we get the meet file from the league too.
• NEED to participate in TWO dual meets to be eligible for Madison Champs. So, if you only have one dual meet participated in, Poconos is a must for you.
• Location: One of the pools in the Poconos region (TBD).

East Districts 

• Location: NL Aquatic Center, 333 Preston Ave, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043 (same as last year)
• Hotel Reservations: If you already qualified or are certain you will qualify, I suggest you make a hotel reservation now.
