Team Spirit Night: Friday, 11/8, Tonight 

• Silver & Red Groups: Both 5:45 - 6:45 pm.
• White, Blue, Gold Groups: All at 7:00 - 8:15 pm.

NEYS @ Quakertown - Saturday, 11/9

• Location: Quakertown Branch YMCA, 401 Fairview Ave, Quakertown, PA 18951
• Arrive: 1:30 pm
• Warm-up: 1:50 pm
• DO NOT call/text/email the coaches for the line-up, it will be sent about one hour prior to the start of the meet and be available for viewing at the meet with hard copies on deck, and the marshallers will have them too. 
• EVERY swimmer is expected to stay in uniform (in their race suit), until after we give our last cheer and clean-up our area as a team.
• Necessary exceptions to the above should be noted by parents in the notes sections of the Swimtopia attendance declaration.
• Like in basketball, football, soccer, any other sport, athletes who are not played in the last quarter would never say, "Hey coach, since you're not playing me, I'm going to go get changed, see you later." Likewise, in swimming, this is a team sport, so everyone must stay in uniform, and no one will leave until after we clean up our area as a team. There are many times we need swimmers in a relay, or they "forgot" their last race. They need to be prepared to jump in and race at a moments notice, AND cheer for their teammates while in uniform if they are not swimming.
• Swimmers should sit with the team, NOT their parents. They can visit, but they should bring a swim buddy and be quick to come back.

There will be no snack stand sales at this meet, so please bring snacks and healthy drinks for your swimmer and/or yourselves.

Everyone age 18+ must bring their drivers license (swimmers, parents, spectators); they will be required to check-in before entering the YMCA.

Caps - Danielle Harding will be at the meet selling our team caps. Please bring cash ($8 - Latex, $10 - Silicone).
