NEYS - We HAVE practice today and tomorrow (Thursday & Friday - 11/7 & 11/8). 

Reminder: We do NOT follow any school schedules. We always use our own schedule. 

Additionally, we hold dryland with one group simultaneously while another group is in the pool. So, attend your regular pool session practice time on all days. 

Team Spirit Night - Friday, 11/8

• Silver & Red Training Groups: Both 5:45 - 6:45 pm.
• White, Blue, Gold Groups: All at 7:00 - 8:15 pm.
