DRYLAND

• Tuesdays & Thursdays
• Starting this Thursday, 11/7.
• Time: 6:20 - 6:50 (Blue & Gold Groups)
• Location: Main gym (Wellness Center), Nazareth YMCA

Coach Rose or I will be there to run the dryland directly to age groups 11/12 & 13/14, and to provide guidance/oversight to swimmers in the 15-21 age group. 

Long Distance Fundraiser (LDC) - 11/30 - Email for group & arrival time assignments with LDC explanation to follow in the next few days.

Reminder: This Saturday's meet is at Quakertown YMCA, NOT at Liberty HS.
