Hello Bluefins Family,

The Charlie Hartley Memorial "Silver" Championship (CHMC) is this Saturday.

• Date: Feb. 24, 2024
• Location: GCIT, 1360 Tanyard Rd, Sewell, NJ 08080
• Admission is free, it gets very crowded quickly, and it is a sprawling complex to navigate, so be prepared for that. Swimmers sit on bleachers with the team, and there is stadium seating for parents but it is often crowded. However, there is plenty of hallway space to lounge in between races for parents. So, bring chairs for parents too.
  
• Swimmers - Be sure to bring healthy snacks and liquids.

AM Session - 9/10 & 11/12 swimmers

• Arrive: 7:45 am 
• Warm-up: 8:25, Pool B, lanes 1,2,3 
• Timers: We are required to supply ONE timer for Pool A (9/10 Girls & 11/12 Boys competing) and ONE timer for Pool B (11/12 Girls & 9/10 Boys competing) . There is normally a sign-up sheet for anyone who is interested at the athlete locker room entrance. But if you are interested, please text or email me too. 
• Officials, Meet Manager Operators, AOs - They need people (PA HS "Dist. I" meet at York that day too), so if you have done any of these positions before, please do so again by signing up on this volunteer link.

PM Session -  8/Under, 13/14, 15-21 swimmers

• Arrive: 1:00 pm
• Warm-up: 8/U - 1:35 pm, Pool B, Lane 6 / 13-21 - 1:55, Pool A, lanes 0,1,2 (yes there is a lane zero for warm-up) 
• Timers: We are required to supply TWO timers for Pool A (13-21 competing) and ONE timer for Pool B (8/under competing) . There is normally a sign-up sheet for anyone who is interested at the athlete locker room entrance. But if you are interested, please text or email me too.
• Officials, Meet Manager Operators, AOs - They need people (PA HS "Dist. I" meet at York that day too), so if you have done any of these positions before, please do so again by signing up on this volunteer link.
