Good afternoon Blue Fins attending Districts,

I have created the site for both our district team caps and for our district apparel and they will both be live on our website shortly under our team store link. There are just a couple of things that I want to communicate.

DISTRICT CAPS

• These can be ordered by any swimmer who has qualified and is attending districts.
• No payments will be made on our team website. Once I close the store I will submit all orders to the YMCA and they will charge your payment method that is on file.
• The caps are wrinkle free silicone caps and that is the only option that will be offered.
• The cost per cap is $9 each.
• These caps can be personalized for an additional $3 per cap ($12 each) and there is a minimum order of two (2) caps per order if you want personalized.
• No special characters can be used (no emojis).
• There is a maximum character limit of 15 characters (letters).
• No orders will be accepted after 11:59 PM EST on 2/24/24. This is the day of CHMC so if your swimmer qualifies at that event you will need to get your order submitted that evening.
• Once the orders come in I will coordinate getting them distributed to the swimmers before districts.

DISTRICT APPAREL

• Items can be ordered by any swimmer who has qualified and is attending districts.
• This year all district apparel will be ordered directly through A&H using the link below.

• All tops will include the list of district qualifiers on the back.
• There are multiple items available based on feedback received.
• All payment will be made directly to A&H at the time of order.
• As orders are ready you will receive communication directly from A&H that your order is ready for pickup from their store (1700 Sullivan Trail, Easton, PA 18040).
• The site closes on 2/25/24 at 11:59 PM EST and no orders can be placed after that date to ensure that items are ready before districts.
