Hello all,

Please review the attached lists. Based upon these, individual CHMC entries (which close tomorrow, Thursday, 2/8) will be determined, initial District relays will be determined (subject to change), and your YMCA accounts will be charged the applicable extended season fee. 

1. If you plan on attending CHMC, ensure you choose your swimmer's events by tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 8. 
2. If you plan on attending Districts and qualified already, ensure you at least declare "attending" right now.
3. Swimmers who qualify for Districts at CHMC have one day, until Sunday, 2/25, 8:00 pm, to declare their attendance at Districts. 
4. Swimmers who qualify for CHMC at the Duck Hunt only have until that Sunday, Feb. 18, 7:00 pm, to let me know of any new CHMC entries or changes. The final... "really final, the host will consider an exception" deadline for coaches to submit a few changes is 11:59 pm that night. 
5. Family YMCA accounts will be charged the applicable extended season fees based upon the updated lists above.
