Hello everyone,

We had a busy last weekend with two meets, the PennDel Distance Invitational and the EMAC Annual Invite. Besides all the best times and new qualifying times, the thing I liked the best was the on-deck presence we had across the state. Two meets, two locations, two different groups of NEYS swimmers, BUT..., one team in an unplanned, uncoordinated manner, both chanting "Down by the River", almost at the exact same time, just before both PM sessions started. :) We didn't realize this until Coach Carlton showed me a video of our cheer at EMAC, and I asked him what time they did that. At EMAC, true to form, we started the cheering and other teams followed suit. At the PennDel Distance Invite, again, true to form, it was the exact same. We started the cheering, and other teams seemed to wake up and follow suit. :)

• 31 personal best times achieved, 70.45% improvement rate.
• 17 CHMC QTs, 22 District QTs achieved.
• 6 New, 1st time this season, "Historical Top 10" times (see below)

• 68 personal best times achieved, 50.91% improvement rate.
• 48 CHMC QTs, 53 District QTs achieved.
• 9 New, 1st time this season, "Historical Top 10" times (see below)
• 1 Team Record: 13/14 Girls 200 IM - Maggie Rizzardi
