    Madison Champs Volunteers & Donations

    Good afternoon Blue Fins,

    We are just two weeks away from our championship meet and there are still a number of support positions available for signup.  Please consider signing up for one of the positions below by going to Meet Schedule/Madison Champs/Job Signup.

    Timers & Officials - Penn-Del guidelines are that each team provides a minimum of three (3) timers and one (1) official for each session.  We have already met this requirement for both, but we can always use more officials.  If you are certified as an official and you have not emailed me with your intent to support I ask that you consider officiating at least one session.  Please don't get discouraged that you don't see other teams signed up.  I only just sent reminders to the coaches last night.

    Concession Donations - Our Amazon registry is moving along very well, but we still have a few items available for donation.  Some parents have also inquired about making a cash donation to support purchasing the pre-made food (pretzels, hotdogs, etc.). Lorraine has made Venmo available for this and if you do choose to donate please be sure to put Madison Champs in the comments.  I have provided a screenshot of the Venmo QR code attached.
