Inclement Weather Protocol

As soon as I get information from the host YMCA I send it to you either via email, Swimtopia alert, and/or posting on our team website. If I get it before I leave, I send on all three, if I'm on the road myself or have a limited timeframe, I send in any form that seems to get the best connection from where I'm at.

As of right now, Reading YMCA said they will send another update to me on Friday night, but as of Thursday night, they still plan on holding the meet. FYI though, most YMCAs choose to have their meets if the roads are passable in their local area or if the storm is due to abate for the later parts of their meet; they just push back the start time.
