Nazareth/Easton YMCA Swim Team Tradition

Spirit Night - Thursday, Nov. 16

• Swimmer "Flags" decorate the hallway on Wednesday night; please stop by to help at 7:00 pm.
• See "Flag" description below for how to complete & hand in.
• Silver & Red Training Groups: Both 5:45 - 6:45 pm.
• White, Blue, Gold Groups: All at 7:00 - 8:15 pm.
• Swimmers receive dog tags to start their "Brag Tag" cable ring collection on their swim bags.
• Swimmers do cheers and get hyped-up for 1st dual meet (Nov. 18 @ Quakertown). Don't forget to declare swimmer attendance; this is a mandatory one.
• Review meet expectations and procedures.
• Review team goals.
• Team shirt orders distributed.
• Introduce team captains.
• ALL training groups, WEAR swim suits, we get in some practice too.

Swimmer Flags

These flags are meant for the parents (or siblings) to decorate for their swimmers. On the Wednesday before our first dual meet we will hang these in the hallway so our swimmers can see them. This has become an annual tradition and our swimmers really look forward to seeing how each others families are cheering them on.

Starting tomorrow you can collect the "flag" out of your team mailbox. Please have them placed in the folder marked "Rizzardi" by no later than next Tuesday, Nov. 14, so we can hang them in the hallway on Wednesday.
