Good afternoon Blue Fins,

We have just posted the information to order swim caps and t-shirts in our team store. You will find links so you can order swim caps in either silicone or latex (descriptions in posting) and our regular season t-shirts. Every season we start with a t-shirt design and a quote that is decided on by Coach Drake. We encourage you to purchase a shirt if you are able. On our team website home page click TEAM STORE at the top of the page.

For the swim caps the posting will stay up throughout the season, but I will look to fill initial orders early. I already have the inventory of these items so I can fill your order as soon as I have confirmed payment has been made. If at any point in the season your swimmer needs a replacement cap just email me and let me know that you have submitted an order on our website and once I confirm the order I can get you a replacement cap. If you find that your swimmer comes to a meet without their cap or their cap breaks please find me and I will get you one. I always carry extra with me to the meets.

For the t-shirt we place these orders through our vendor partners at A&H in Easton. These items are made to order so you must place your order on our website before the deadline of October 27th so that I can ensure we have them available before our first meet on November 18th. We do not order any extra of these items so please make sure you order everything that you want. Once the sale closes I have no way of getting additional shirts. When the final order is processed and the inventory comes in we will coordinate getting it distributed to everyone who placed an order.

For the two items mentioned above DO NOT attempt to pay online because our website does not process payments. Once the sales closes on 10/27 I will send the invoices to the Y and they will charge your payment option that you have on file. In order to process your order you must have given the Y authorization to charge your card on file. If you did not provide this authorization then I will have to receive confirmation from the Y that you have made payment at the front desk before we can release your merchandise to you.

There are additional items that you can purchase on our team website on SwimOutlet (https://www.swimoutlet.com/collections/neysbluefins). In our team store you will find many different Blue Fins items. I will most likely have additional items added before the holidays as well. On that site you handle the ordering and payment yourself. All items are made to order, payment is made directly to SwimOutlet, and the items are shipped directly to whatever address you provide.
