I hope everyone had a pleasant spring break. You are receiving this email because you have a swimmer currently on our USA Swimming roster.

Our USA meet schedule is below if you are considering swimming long course this spring (Please check to see if your swimmer has "B" times or better here: Motivational Times). After the 2nd meet swimmers have the option to train with their summer team or train mornings at Heil Pool in Easton.

We have 3 long course meets on the schedule. All meets are open, please submit entries as soon as possible as these meets fill and close very quickly. We will be submitting entries on a rolling basis up to the deadline but again if you are planning on attending a meet submit your entries right away.

• May 20-21 RSA Meter Mania in Providence, NJ
• June 2-4 KSA Memorial Day LC in Lancaster, Pa
• June 23-25 PAAC Firecracker Meet Allentown, Pa
• Championship Meets dates haven’t been added yet.
