Hello Blue Fins,

Our end of season banquet is scheduled for Saturday, April 15th at Slate Belt Baptist Church, 1620 Church Road, Pen Argyl, PA 18072.  The banquet will start at 5:30 PM and will end at 7:30 PM.  As you enter the church you will take an immediate right and head down the stairwell.  At the bottom of the stairs proceed down the hallway and you will end up in the banquet area.

Due to the size of our space we will have to limit attendance to active swim team members and their parents or guardians.  The event is posted on our team website and that is where you will RSVP and select those who will be attending.  The RSVP signup is scheduled to close at 10:00 PM on April 10th so please be sure to declare your intent to attend prior to that time.

The team is providing the venue, but the menu will be provided by volunteers.  With that I have created a signupgenius where you can sign up for various menu items.  There is also an option to sign up for set-up and/or clean-up crew as we will need support in those areas.  The link is provided in this communication as well as on the event page on our team site.

This event will also include end of season awards presented by the coaches along with the ever popular season video recap provided by Coach Carlton.
