YMCA Districts - Additional Info
Location: Graham Aquatic Center, 543 N Newberry St, York, PA 17404
Timers & officials: We are required to provide some as a team for each session.

If someone has paid for an admissions ticket they can get refunded if they switch to a timer spot. They just need to email me and I'll forward it along to the proper York admin person. *Note that the distance events will need to provide their own timers and counters.

Seating: We have a new area we've been assigned in back of the warm-up pool (see attached map).
Psych Sheet is attached.
Meet Timeline: It's not always exact, but pretty close to give you an idea of how long each session will be (attached).
Awards: They will announce the top 12 swimmers at the conclusion of each event. They will not be presenting awards on the podium this year. :( Sure, it saves time, but it really is a great experience for kids to get to stand up there; I think it used to be the highlight of the meet each time one of our swimmers did.
Arrival & Warm-up times: Maintain what we previously sent out in last "districts" email & posted under "Recent News" on our team website.
