Reminder:

• No "C" Group practice today (5:15 - 6:00 pm), Friday, 2/24.
• No "B" Group practice today (6:00 - 7:00 pm), Friday, 2/24.
• No practice for CHMC swimmers.
• "A" Group: regular practice, regular time (7:00 - 8:30 pm). 
• If in "B" group and ONLY going to Districts (not CHMC), attend "A" group time, 7:00 - 8:30 pm.

If attending CHMC on Saturday, REST tonight. Do not "workout" on your own, no dryland, no running, no swimming. If anything, get a little extra sleep. :)
