If Attending CHMC (Friday or Saturday), then:

• No practice, Friday, 2/24, regardless of your training group. Take the night to rest.

Attending Districts ONLY, not CHMC, then:

• Attend practice, Friday, 2/24, 7:00 - 8:30 pm (regardless if you are in "A" or "B").
• To confirm: If in the "B" Group (6-7 pm), and NOT going to CHMC at all, then attend the "A" practice, 7:00 - 8:30 pm (this Friday night ONLY). 
• After CHMC, we will reevaluate training groups and modify as necessary. 
• Please also know, as always, RELAYS are SUBJECT to CHANGE. Swimmers get new best times, they get sick or injured, unplanned family obligations pop up, or even event order strategy comes into play. As a result, as a team, we often need to make changes. Each season there are some changes from CHMC, to Districts, to State relays, and it can be emotionally challenging for swimmers. So, please make them aware ahead of time of the possibility.
