Hello Bluefins,

If you are receiving this email one or more of your swimmers either qualified individually or are potentially on District relays (including alternates). 

Please declare your swimmers' attendance for EACH SESSION at YMCA Districts. We need to know this so we can start to figure out which swimmers will be available for which relays. 

Also, in the notes tell me if there are any days you cannot make. This is a team meet, so we want to score as many points and place as high as possible. As a result, we really want you to be there, if you can reasonably make it considering your family's work schedule, resources, or other obligations you hold as equally important. We completely understand if you cannot commit to all days; as always, we'd rather have you with us part of the time than none of the time. Just keep us in the loop so we can plan accordingly and everyone is one the same page for expectations.

Btw, thank you to the families who have already reached out to let us know or declared their attendance/events earlier.
