Athletes are allowed to swim up age groups to get the events they want to swim. For example, 11/12s can swim the 200 Back by signing up for the 13/above event. If you can't make a swim-up declaration from your Swimtopia account, let me know in the "Notes" and I'll put it in. The language in the info packet and entry file event ages are left overs from previous seasons that no one has updated yet, but are allowed.
