Practice & Meet cancelations and changes will always be sent and posted in three ways:

1. Swimtopia app notifications
2. Email
3. Posted on the team home page under "Recent News"

As soon as a decision has been made, all three will be posted ASAP. As a result, please always refer to these three areas first for information updates. If nothing is posted or received, then please arrive at the normal times previously listed for meets and practices.

NEYS swim practice for today, Thursday, 12/15, is canceled. :)
