Dryland starts this week, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm, Blue/Gold Groups Only.

No dryland practice for White, Red, or Silver groups.

Spirit Night - Thursday, Nov. 3 

• Swimmers receive dog tags for achievement beads.
• Swimmers do cheers and get hyped-up for 1st dual meet (Nov. 5 vs. North Penn).
• Review meet expectations and procedures.
• Review team goals.
• Team shirt orders (possibly caps) distributed.
• Introduce team captains.
• ALL training groups, WEAR your swim suits, we will do some swimming.
• "Flags" decorate the hallway on Wednesday night; please stop by to help at 7:00 pm.
• Kevin Rizzardi, our parent liaison, will be sending an email about swimmer flag decorations, so keep an eye for it. :)
• Silver & Red Training Groups: Same practice session times as normal.
• White, Blue, Gold Groups: All at 7:00 - 8:15 pm, No dryland
