Hello all,

Often there are lines to get in, going down the length of the building, and parking can be an issue sometimes too, so plan for that. Swimmers should go to the swimmer line or just walk in. No parking in the church lot on Sunday.

Prelim Morning Sessions (13/14, 15-21): Arrive 6:00 - 6:30 am, Warm-up: 7:05 am

Prelim Noon Sessions (10/U, 11/12): Arrive 11:00 - 11:30 am, Warm-up: 12:00 pm

No practice, tonight, Thursday, 3/10. If you are not swimming until Saturday or Sunday, I recommend getting in and doing a few laps tonight though: warm-up, some fine tuned turns, a couple of sprints or a short set or two like we've been doing (no blocks), cool down.
