Hello District Blue Fins,

District guidelines state that each team is responsible for providing at least two (2) timers per session.  They also state that each team is required to provide at least one (1) seeding volunteer (marshal) with a maximum of two (2) for the 10 & under sessions.  All volunteers will receive free admission and a wrist band at the admission table.

• Friday 13-21 age group Prelims - Starts 8:00 AM
  • Need 2 timers
• Friday 11-12 age group Prelims + Distance - Starts 1:00 PM
  • Need 2 timers
• Friday 11 & Over Finals - Starts 6:10 PM
  • Need 2 timers
• Saturday 13-21 Prelims - Starts 8:00 AM
  • Need 2 timers
• Saturday 11-12 Prelims + 10 & Under Finals - Starts 1:00 PM
  • Need 2 timers and 1 marshal
• Saturday 11 & Over Finals - Starts 6:10 PM
  • Need 2 timers
• Sunday 13-21 Prelims - Starts 8:00 AM
  • Need 2 timers
• Sunday 11-12 Prelims + 10 & Under Finals - Starts 1:00 PM
  • Need 2 timers and 1 marshal
• Sunday 11 & Over Finals - Starts 6:10 PM
  • Need 2 timers

If you are able to volunteer as either a timer or a marshal please respond back to me stating the specific session(s) and roles for which you would like to volunteer.  You can volunteer for more than one session if you would like.  I would like to finalize the list of volunteers by next Wednesday, March 9th so I can email the list to the meet director.
