CHMC Updates

• Friday, 8/U Session: Arrive: 4:40 pm, Warm-Up: 5:10 pm, 1st Event Start: 6:00 pm, Approximate Finish Time: 8:00 pm
• Saturday, 9/10 Session: Arrive: 8:00 am, Warm-Up: 8:30 am, 1st Event Start: 9:00 am, Approximate Finish Time: 11:35 am
• Saturday, 11/12 Session: Arrive: 2:00 pm or earlier as it will be packed and we need to claim our seating area, Warm-Up: 2:30 pm, 1st Event Start: 3:00 pm, Approximate Finish Time: 6:15 pm
• Sunday, 13-21 Session: Arrive: 1:30 pm or earlier as it will be packed and we need to claim our seating area, Warm-Up: 2:00 pm, 1st Event Start: 2:30 pm, Approximate Finish Time: 6:45 pm

RELAYS will be at the START of each Session.

As far as I know, and the most recent info I have, says that parents will not be allowed into the building to watch, but there is a livestream link and bathrooms available. Plus, I recommend scouting out the area to see if there's a decent place to hang out.

• Non-Athlete Bathrooms: Office Bathroom or Bathrooms in Hallway behind bleachers for Coaches/Volunteers/Parents (those waiting outside can use hallway bathrooms as well) 
• Locker-rooms are ONLY for swimmers.
• They'll have a snack bar for swimmers.
• Swimmers may bring chairs.
• Masks are required for everyone.

I just realized today that the link above is NOT for timers; however, if you look at the attached "Timer List by Session" sheet, it show how many we need to provide for each session. Please email Kevin Rizzardi if you can time during your session, or just show up and volunteer, 1st volunteers will be taken, be sure to tell them our team name when you sign-up.  If parents wish to help in other areas of the meet (ready bench, awards, etc.), they may.
