CHMC Meet Info & Sign-up Deadline, 2022

Hello everyone,
We just received updated information for the Charley Hartley Memorial Silver Championship (CHMSC). The qualifying times are different than what we have been reporting to you and distributing beads for. The new QTs are for this meet only. Swimmers earned their beads, so the new QTs will NOT affect bead distributions still in progress. Definitely look at the attached NEYS qualifier list, and click and the green "Meet Entry" button online to see if your swimmer qualified. This is NOT a mandatory meet. ONLY click attend and choose up to three individual events (leave a prioritization note) if your swimmer is attending. If not attending, no need to do anything further for this meet.

Swimmers CHOOSE three events; leave a note for the order of priority. Arrival times MAY CHANGE to a little later if they assign us a specific lane/time, but these are the probable times we will need to be there.

- Fri, Feb. 25, Ages 8/U, Arrive: 4:00 pm, Warm-Up: 4:30 pm, Start: 6:00 pm
- Sat, Feb. 26, Ages 9-10, Arrive: 7:00 am, Warm-Up: 7:30 am, Start: 9:00 am
- Sat, Feb. 26, Ages 11-12, Arrive: 1:00 pm, Warm-Up: 1:30 pm, Start: 3:00 pm
- Sun, Feb. 27, Ages 13-21, Arrive: 12:30 pm, Warm-Up: 1:00 pm,Start: 2:30 pm
Entry Fees:
- Swimmer Surcharge: $5
- Swimmer Individual Per Event: $5.50
- Relay Events: Team covers the cost
