Hello Blue Fins,

We have scheduled our annual pre-champs pasta night for Thursday, February 3rd.  We will be serving each practice group separately at the conclusion of their regularly scheduled practice.

In order for this event to go smoothly we need both volunteers to work the event as well as food donations.  For those of you who are still looking to fill your work bond requirements working the pasta night is a great way to get those in.

For volunteers slots we are looking for a set up crew, servers for each practice group, and a cleanup crew.  We would appreciate any support that you can provide.  If you sign up to be a server you can do it during your swimmers session and then you will be relieved by the next set of servers.

Please note that for the food donations we have created requests for each separate practice group.  This will ensure that each group is covered and we don't run out.  If you are interested in donating you can sign up to donate for your swimmers group that way you don't have to worry about coming before or staying after your swimmers session.

The event is currently posted in the meets/events tab (same place that you declare for swim meets).  We appreciate you helping us to make this even a success.  If you have any questions please contact Lisa Spitale ([email protected]).
