UPDATE on ARRIVAL TIMES for Saturday, January 8th:

• Set-Up Crew: Arrive by 12:15 pm
• Everyone else: Arrive at 12:30 pm
• Our Warm-up: 12:50 pm
• Doylestown Warm-Up: 1:30 pm
• Approximate 1st Race Start Time: 2:00 pm
• Location: Slate Belt YMCA, 315 W Pennsylvania Ave, Pen Argyl, PA 18072

BE PREPARED to STAY LATER than NORMAL.

• I expect the meet to be done between 7:30 - 8:00 pm. So, prepare for a post 8:00 pm dismissal time, and that's if everything runs fairly smoothly. 
• We are starting later, it's our 1st home meet, it's our 1st time at this YMCA, we are running longer relay events for a couple of age groups (necessary to qualify for Districts), we are running a couple of extended events past the last relay (necessary to qualify for Districts), AND we have to tear down, put away, an clean up all meet items.
