• 11/24, Wednesday - No Practice
• 11/25, Thursday - No Practice: Happy Thanksgiving!
• 11/26, Friday - Regular Practice 

Try not to go five days in a row without getting in the pool to swim at least a few laps. So, definitely go to Friday's regular practice if all possible, and if you can't, then try to get into one of the Greater Valley YMCA pools during the day on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. The Nazareth, Easton, Bethlehem, and Slate Belt YMCAs all have different pool schedules this weekend, so hopefully one of them fits your schedule if you can't make our regular Friday practice time. A membership at one should grant you access to all.
