Good evening everyone,

Please go to each of the "Mandatory" declaration swim meets and check to ensure you declared your swimmers attendance for each one this season. Once December rolls around things get very busy for everybody and we tend to overlook it or make assumptions that we took care of it already, or assume that I remember conversations or even emails :) . Telling me on deck is never a good idea and emails with future attendance aren't much better, as they get pushed down the queue. I only go off of what you put online in our scheduler.  

Also, I prefer not to stay up to 3:00 am on Friday doing the line-up the night before a meet; which is often the case, especially when many people declare late. So, please take some time this weekend to check your schedule and then declare attendance (or verify if did it for all of them already) for each "Mandatory" swim meet. You can always make changes later, but if the the vast majority of us do this early in the season, it makes my planning for meets much easier. Also, if you'd like to do a distance event (look to the District event program on our website for eligible ages/events), leave a note with attendance. 

I hope to start planning for the Dec. 11th & 18th meets this weekend, so definitely make sure those are done. We are missing around 40 swimmer declarations for each.
