Boyertown Boo

• See spectator policies under session times.
• Masks must be worn at all times while inside the facility. 
• Swimmers may bring a Ziploc bag with them to keep their masks in while they are in the water.
• DEFINITELY review session arrival times.
• Pay the YMCA if you haven't already.
• Attend only the sessions you are competing in.
• How do you know which session(s) to attend? Look at attached PDFs for "Boyertown Entries, 2021", compare event #s to "Session" reports. 
• Session time reports and initial heat sheets are attached. Be aware, heat sheets always change slightly by the start of each session.
• It's a long day, so bring a chair, extra towel, layered clothing as the gym can get chilly, snacks, lunch, non-glassed drink, something to read/play/listen to, money for food/drinks/invitational t-shirts... if you want. 

Saturday PM Session, 10/23

• Arrive: 1:00 pm
• Warm-up: 2:20 pm, Lane 4
• Officials Meeting: 2:20 PM - Inquire if they still need volunteers if you like.
• Timers Meeting: 2:40 PM -  Inquire if they still need volunteers if you like.

Sunday AM Session, 10/24

• Arrive: 6:30 am
• Warm-up: 7:40 am, Lanes 7-8
• Officials Meeting: 7:50 AM - Inquire if they still need volunteers if you like.
• Timers Meeting: 8:10 AM - Inquire if they still need volunteers if you like.

Sunday PM Session, 10/24

• Arrive: 1:00 pm
• Warm-up: 1:50 pm, Lanes 1-2
• Officials Meeting: 2:20 PM - Inquire if they still need volunteers if you like.
• Timers Meeting: 2:40 PM - Inquire if they still need volunteers if you like.

Spectators

• Livestream will be available on Sunday only. 
• Spectators are limited to one adult per family please, regardless of age group or session. 
• We do ask that spectators in the gallery cycle out when their swimmers are not racing, if possible. 
• Please let me know if you have any parents with vision or hearing limitations so that we can do what we can to assist and accommodate them.
• If any parents are YMCA-certified Officials (Level I, Level II, AO) or Penn-Del certified Meet Manager Operators and would like to volunteer, we will find a place for them on deck. Please let me know or have them reach out to me.  If we haven't met yet, look for the short loud blonde lady in glasses and the neon orange BYNS T-shirt.
